Delivery timeframes
Roughly up to 6 days from Europe and up to 10 days from other countries with a complete set of documents and no additional customs requests.
Device materials
Titanium, platinum, cobalt-chromium and carbon fibre — each material must be described correctly in the declaration.
Bionic prosthetics and batteries
Prosthetics with electronics and built-in lithium batteries are shipped under the applicable battery transport rules.
Custom-made devices
We ship prosthetics made from a cast or 3D scan for a specific patient, as well as separate components and spare parts.
